Known designs, use of materials and colors by well-known designers such as Jan des Bouvrie, Piet Boon and Piet Hein Eek inspired her to study interior design.

Back on Curacao, Varessa has further developed herself within the interior and furniture industry and as an interior designer she has been able to design several interiors and furnish homes, in which the wishes of the customer are leading.

Varessa's personal style as a designer is modern chic with special attention to balance in the use of colors and materials.
